Acceptance Rules:

1. A valid identification document must be presented at the hotel for check-in. Acceptance of guests is strictly contingent upon the submission of an original ID card, passport, or national identification card.

2. Iranian couples are only admitted with both partners carrying valid photo ID cards.

3. Foreign guests will be admitted only upon presenting a valid visa stamp and entry stamp into Iran, with valid dates of validity and expiration.

Early Check-in:

4. Guests arriving before 2:00 PM should note that Iran's hotel reservation policies do not guarantee early room delivery prior to 2:00 PM.

Damages and Hotel Property:

5. Damaging hotel property or belongings will result in fines. Any damage to room furnishings will be evaluated by hotel staff.

No Pets Allowed:

6. The entry of domestic pets into the hotel is prohibited.

General Regulations:

Single and Unmarried Guests:

7. Single male and female guests are admitted upon presentation of a valid national ID card and photo identification.

Unrelated Foreign Nationals:

8. Unrelated foreign nationals of different genders cannot share a room. The hotel will not be held responsible for any such arrangements.

Official Marriage Contract Acceptance:

9. The official marriage contract is accepted when presented in booklet form with a prominent seal. It should be accompanied by the national ID cards and photo identification of both partners.

No Smoking Policy:

10. Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises of the hotel and will incur penalties.

Guest Regulations:

Same-Gender Requirement:

11. Invited and resident guests must be of the same gender; either both female or both male.

Extra Charges for Overnight Guests:

12. Additional charges for overnight guests in hotel rooms will be applied as an extra service fee or for the provision of an additional bed, depending on the arrangement.

Guest Identification:

13. Invited guests are required to present valid identification documents at the hotel's reception before entry.
